Youth First and the Gridley Rec Dept. have organized summer activities geared toward 5-12 year old children as a means to keep them busy in productive activities and away from gangs and their influence. More Information

Youth First, in conjunction with Professor Andy Dick of Chico State recently conducted a survey of the Gridley community. Professor Dick has completed his report and submitted it to the Executive Committee. More information
The beautiful artwork created by Mario Viveros has been turned into a fantastic mural by Vona Brown. The mural will be hung on the side of the Alternative Education Building in August of 2008. For more information on this exciting project and to see the artwork, please see the project page.
